The book "Past, present and future of transitional justice: the Latin American experience in the construction of world peace" encourages reflection on the pillars of transitional justice: truth, justice, reparation and guarantees of non-recurrence;
The presentation of the book "Pasado, presente y futuro de la Justicia Transicional: la experiencia latinoamericana en la construcción de la paz mundial" ("Past, present and future of transitional justice: the Latin American experience in the construction of world peace") encourages reflection on the pillars of transitional justice (truth, justice, reparation and guarantees of non-recurrence), in line with the objectives of the United Nations to promote sustainable solutions to conflicts and human rights violations.
The publication of this book is promoted by the Conference of Ministers of Justice of Latin America and the Caribbean (COMJIB), with the collaboration and support of the General Council of the Spanish Notariat (CGN) and the Notariat Foundation.
